Utellika - Comércio Geral e Prestação de Serviços ("Utellika", "we") respects your privacy. This page explains what personal data we collect through utellika.com and how we use it.

We only collect data you submit through our contact, consultation or careers forms: name, email, phone, company, role, project context and any documents you upload (e.g. a CV). Standard server logs may capture IP address, browser and timestamps for security purposes.

How we use it

We use submitted information solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate applications and provide the services you request. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Retention

Inquiries are retained while there is an active commercial conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. Career applications are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@utellika.com.
